DSC Course in Selb from September 26th–28th, 2006

Various aspects of Dynamic Scanning Calorimetry, from measurement principles to specific curve interpretation,
were the focus of this seminar. Thirteen participants from various industrial facilities had the possibility of carrying
out and analyzing measurements on their own samples during these three days.

The exciting discussions during the lectures and workshops – and also during the breaks – again proved that classical measuring methods such as DSC also hold an important position in the realm of research and development.

A successful evening program with a bowling competition – and afterwards, visits to taste some local specialties – allowed even some “dry” topics to quickly be forgotten.
