K 2007 – from the “Professional Polymer Profile” to the “Perfect Polymer Profile”
The trade fair highlight in the polymer sector, the K 2007 in Düsseldorf, surpassed our expectations by far: both the quantity and the quality of our visitors were greater than in 2004! The almost 400 visitors to the “Professional Polymer Profile” of NETZSCH Analyzing & Testing came not only from Germany and other parts of Europe, but also from Asia, the Americas, and to a large extent from the Near and Middle East. The thermoanalytical measuring instruments presented in Hall 10 – above all, our new F3 series with automatic sample changer, tailor-made for applications in quality control and failure analysis of polymer materials – were of great interest to our visitors. The DSC 200 F3 Maia® and the TG 209 F3 Tarsus combine cutting-edge technology and high sensitivity in a robust, simple-to-operate measurement system. In addition, the new Photo DSC 204 F1 Phoenix® with automatic sample changer for UV-curing was presented, along with further measurement techniques and sensors for the plastic and rubber fields. Our users’ seminar on October 30th, 2007 was bursting at the seams! Our six guest speakers from industry and academia, along with two lecturers from our own staff, captivated the over 60 participants until the end. The seminar was rounded out by lively discussions and interesting issues stemming primarily from industry. It’s already a sure thing – we will definitely be at the K again in the year 2010. We are already looking forward to seeing you at our booth and again being able to show you what “state-of-the-art” really means! |
