18th testXpo - International Forum for Materials Testing

Every year in October the testXpo - International Forum for Materials Testing is held on the Zwick premises in Ulm (Germany). The forum is a meeting point for test experts from all industry segments. It offers a wealth of information on state-of-the-art developments in the field of materials and component testing. In 2009 the testXpo 18th International Forum for Materials Testing will be held from October, 19th to 22th.

The general trend towards quality management, quality assurance, and certification of compliance with quality standards has created an increasing demand for measuring and testing technologies. These fields continue to evolve, not least due to innovations in manufacturing technology. New manufacturing and materials technology requires new testing methods to verify materials property and product quality.

During the forum members of the Zwick Roell AG and partner companies exhibit testing technology in the fields of metals, plastic, medical technology, building materials, and automotive materials and components.
