The aim of Conference is to bring together experts, young scientists and manufacturers from the field of traditional and advanced ceramic materials, glass, binding materials and experimental techniques.
This is the main ambition of this Meeting to gather ceramists with abroad range of interest just to convey their experience and goals in this domain where a lot remains to be done.

Besides the conference, NETZSCH will present the new instrument DSC 404 F1 Pegasus®, a new generation in Thermal Analysis - the optimal solution for materials analysis and quality assurance.

• Determination of thermodynamic properties of ceramic and metallic high-performance materials

• performance of quantitative enthalpy and cp determinations in a pure gas atmosphere

• vacuum-tight up to 10-4 mbar for creation of highly pure atmospheres for tests on materials sensitive to oxidation

• Characterization of amorphous metals, shape memory alloys and inorganic glasses
