The QMS 403/5 Skimmer system runs in couplings with NETZSCH thermal analysis instruments under Proteus® Software on Windows®. The Proteus® Software includes everything you need to carry out a measurement and evaluate the resulting data. Through the combination of easy-to-understand menus and automated routines, a tool has been created that is extremely user-friendly and, at the same time, allows sophisticated analysis. The Proteus® software is licensed with the instrument and can of course be installed on other computer systems.

QMS features:

  • Analog scan, scan rates > 0.2 s/amu
  • Scan Bargraph, scan Rates > 20 ms/amu
  • Multi Ion Detection (MID) up to 64 selectable mass numbers, scan rates > 10 ms/amu
  • Characteristic temperatures (Onset, Peak and End)
  • Peak areas for quantitative evaluation and calibration
  • Spectra subtraction
