For highly precise measurement of dimension changes to solids, melts, powders and pastes at a programmed temperature change and with negligible sample strain, dilatometry (DIL) is the method of choice.
NETZSCH instruments of course fulfill the respective instrument and applications standards for Dilatometry - DIL (e.g. ASTM E 831, ASTM D 696, ASTM D 3386, DIN 51045).
