激光闪射法导热仪 LFA 467具有红外检测器灵敏度高、数据采集速率快、脉冲宽度可调范围广等优点,因此可以可靠地测试传热时间较短的中高导热材料或薄膜材料的导热性能。本讲座将结合具体测试案例(如金属、高导陶瓷、石墨膜、液态金属等)介绍LFA 467如何准确测试中高导热材料的热扩散系数,包括样品制备(石墨喷涂技巧、样品厚度要求等)、测试参数设置(脉冲宽度、采样时间等)、支架选择和特殊形态样品的测试技巧等。

For measuring thermal diffusivity/conductivity, the Laser Flash Appratus LFA 467 has the advantages of high sensitivity, fast data acquisition rate and wide range of adjustable pulse width, so it can reliably measure the thermal diffusivity/conductivity of medium and high thermal conductive materials and/or thin films with short heat transfer time. This lecture will introduce how the LFA 467 can accurately measure thermal diffusivity coefficient of medium-to-high thermal conductive materials with specific examples (e.g. metals, high conductivity ceramics, graphite films, liquid metals, etc.), including sample preparation (graphite coating technique, sample thickness requirements, etc.), test parameter settings (pulse width, sampling time, etc.), sample holder selection and testing techniques for special samples.
