No Liquid Nitrogen required

The DLaTGS (DLaTGS = deuterated L-alanine doped triglycine sulphate) detector used does not require any liquid nitrogen cooling. This system is therefore particularly well-suited for test runs with an autosampler (ASC) or for measurements of longer duration.

No Separate Transfer Line

The built-in heated gas cell is directly connected to the gas outlet of the furnace via a heated tube. The low volume of this short gas path guarantees fast response and is quite advantageous in cases where condensable evolved gases are present.

Space-Saving Design

No separate FT-IR spectrometer is necessary, the footprint of the PERSEUS® coupling is identical to that of an STA 449 F1/F3 Jupiter® / TG 209 F1 Libra alone. This makes the coupled system ideally suited for labs in which space is scarce.

Automatic Sample Changer

The automatic sample changer (ASC) similarly handles routine measurements in quality control as well as requirements for research and development. It works around the clock to free your time for other challenges and allows you to make optimal use of the PERSEUS® coupling even during the weekend. Of course, each sample can be assigned a different measurement and evaluation program. Easy-to-understand input fields lead you through the programming of a series of measurements. Unplanned analyses can also be inserted into a pre-programmed series of measurements already in progress.

Transfer line Coupling
TG 209 F1 Libra®

Flexibility with the fittings of this premium instrument for thermogravimetry allow it to cover almost any imaginable application in the range up to 1100°C. TGA/STA-GC-MS Coupling

NETZSCH, in collaboration with JAS (Joint Analytical Systems), has forged a breakthrough improvement in evolved gas analysis (EGA). What sets the new coupling system apart is the fact that the start of the measurement is event-driven. This enables temperature-correlated detection of the substances released, which in turn allows for direct correlation with mass loss steps.

STA 409 CD-QMS 403/5 SKIMMER - Coupling System

Highest detection sensitivity through direct coupling of the STA 409 CD with a quadrupole mass spectrometer (QMS) - evolved gas analysis (EGA) method.

STA 449 F3 Jupiter®

The STA 449 F3 Jupiter® combines the advantages of a high sensitive thermobalance and a true Differential Scanning Calorimeter. Various furnaces and TG, TGA-DTA and TGA-DSC sensors can be used, whereby the system can be easily optimized for the most versatile applications.
