The Rheology of Dispersions

In this webinar one of our rheology experts, Philip Rolfe, will introduce the rheology of dispersions. Philip will discuss the importance of rheology in the stability of dispersions and what factors to consider when suspending materials in a liquid medium. Topics covered will include; the effects of varying the particle size, surface charge and shape of particles in a sample. Common test methods will be discussed including yield stress testing, viscometry, oscillatory rebuild time and even the use of rheo-microscopy to view dispersions in real time.
